Description:
Meet Frisco!

Frisco was found wandering alone on a rural road.  He appears to be about a year or so old and very friendly with both humans and dogs.

Frisco knows sit, stay and come!  He is just a big teddybear of a boy who will sit in front of you and wait for directions, or play with toys and balls with you if that is your wish.  If you are too busy to play at the moment, he will throw the toy or ball in the air and catch it, and play by himself.  What a great dog!  He loves to climb trees and sit and enjoy the day.  It is amazing to watch!!

He is housebroken, and well mannered.
He does have energy and would benefit from either daily walks or a fenced backyard to romp in.

UPDATE FROM FOSTER:

Frisco is an absolutely wonderful dog!  Though he is young and energetic, he has not caused any trouble inside or out.  He hasn't had a single accident or even attempted to chew on anything other than his toys.  He won't even try for the plate of food on the coffee table if you tell him to "leave it."  He doesn't bother to beg while we are eating - he just finds a cozy place to lay down until you are finished.

Frisco is the most affectionate I have come across in my two years of fostering.  He makes instant friends with all people and dogs.  He is a frequent visitor at Camp Bow Wow in Plymouth, and gets rave reviews for his ability to play with others.  He may look intimidating, but he is all mush.

Frisco has gotten out of his collar and tie out a couple of times.  He didn't roam far - but that may be because it's been too cold out.  For this reason, I think he would need a yard with a wooden fence that he can't scale or jump over.

If you are someone who is interested in obedience or agility competitions, I think you definitely want to check out Frisco.
