Description:

Meet Felix Puppy.

Minna is coming into rescue with her pups Otto, Felix, Sebastian and Lena. She has high hopes that all of them will find a good home!

**Felix will be about 2 months old when he arrives. At this stage of life, he cannot be left alone for more than 3 hours at a time even if in a home with another dog. He will need to be let outside every 3 hours to relieve himself and needs lots of socialization and human contact. Felix will need someone who is home most of the time or has a plan in place for his care. **

Update from the current foster home:

Felix is a bundle of puppy energy! He gets along with other dogs, but likes to be in charge. He's doing really well with going potty outside and has been doing well with house training. He's a wiggle butt and loves to give kisses. Felix enjoys being the center of attention and responds well to treats training. Felix is a really smart puppy and learns quickly, but does not like the crate too much!

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
