Meet Farley:

Farley Magoo, or Rufus as his foster family calls him, found himself in
doggie jail for the second time.  His previous owners have fed him many
treats over his limit...creating a very overweight little guy.  We don't
know why they did not come back the second time for their little pal as he
is the sweetest little guy around!  He loves to cuddle -especially with
kids and jumps for joy when a leash comes out!

The beagle in him just makes him prone to wander so a home with a fenced
yard is recommended for him at this time.
