Hi! My name is Zack. I love everybody! Love love love everybody! I seldom bark when someone comes to the house, because my mission is to meet 'em and make new friends. My foster mom says I greet people nicely by not jumping, either.

I am all house trained. Not even one accident in the house. Of course that means I am smart, as well as cute. I love going outside in the yard, and can go out off leash. When my mom says to come in, I run right up the steps.

I am just a little squirt, only 15 pounds. I drink lots of water, which keeps me healthy, and eat until I am full only. I don't overeat, and so I leave some food when I am done eating from the dish, so I stay a healthy weight.

I love playing with my foster dog brother. We mostly play tug of war with the rope toy, but we also just run around and lay next to each other. My foster cat sister is nice too and I kind of like her and don’t even really bother her. Kids! I love kids. They give me all the attention I want.

I love riding in the car, and behave well when riding, because that means I am going to the DOG PARK! Yay!!! When I get there I run with the big dogs and get lots of exercise. Because I am so little I have to run faster and harder than any of those big dogs. Then when I get home I can sleep like a log. Ha ha ha. My foster mom says I snore, but I don't believe that. I have never heard me snore! She says when she rolls me off my back, I quit snoring.

I love cuddling with my foster family. They take good care of me, and I return all the love, double. My foster grandma says she doesn't like kisses on the lips. I don't know why she says that.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
