Audi is doing excellent in foster care. When he first arrived, he was scared of a lot of things and would scatter around like Scooby Doo if you did so much as turned a light on in a room. Audi loves dogs, but bonds to humans more. His favorite thing on Earth is snuggling. Audi came running (literally running) and wouldn't leave my side a few weeks ago when I had a migraine, he could sense something was wrong.

Audi has been invited to play by dogs, but is still too nervous to try it. He loves to look out the window, but rarely barks. I've only heard him bark a few times! Audi is spectacular in his crate or roaming free when you are gone. He can go without a potty break for about 7 hours. He's great on his leash, and once he's bonded to you he doesn't need it on to roam the yard. He comes back to me 90% of the time I call him, sometimes I have to go get him when he finds a really good smell.

Audi is shy, sweet, and sensitive but has accepted all humans and dogs that have come his way: from small children to my 90 year old grandpa. His confidence has come a long way and he will now eat treats out of your hand which he was too scared to do before. He has come so far since day 1.

His temperament would be perfect for kids, and he doesn't mind at all being held like a baby. If you're a human who loves to snuggle, please consider giving this lovely dog a second chance at life. I would love for him to know that life only gets better from here on out.
