Hello, my name is Calla. I have a pretty long story but here is the short version. These wonderful people in Texas took me in because I was abandonded by my family. They tried very hard for a long time to find me a home but they never came. It was never because I was a bad dog but because where I come from not many people come to visit. Then I was told that after months of sitting on a cold hard floor I was going to Minnesota. This is where you come in. When I get here I need a foster home or an adoptive home. Only the best for me which includes living with a family. I love people...seriously I LOVE people. I will make an excellent companion for you and your family. You have to watch my video. It shows what kind of dog I really am when people show me love. I obviously love to play and run in a yard. Give me some toys and we are good to go. I am so excited to come to Minnesota even though people are warning me it can get cold there. I don't worry because now I will live in a house with a family and the last thing on my mind will be the cold. Please consider me as your forever buddy.

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care. Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
