Description:

Hi! I’m Benny! I came to MARS with my cute siblings. I am an energetic & confident little man, I play hard and I nap hard, especially if I am snuggling with someone! Currently, I live in a hectic house with 4 adults and a teenager - I get a ton of love and attention and I love every minute of it. I also live with my liter mate and brother, Bobby, and 3 LARGE resident dogs and 1 cat - I LOVE to play with the dogs but the cat will not allow me to get close enough to really decide how I feel about it.

My foster Mum is impressed with how consistent I am with going potty outside, and finds it hilarious that she has not had to put up play pens in the house for me 'cause I always want to be with a human so I follow her all over the house. She never has to go looking 'cause if I am not with her I am napping with my friends on the couch.

I like:
- Wrestling with my friends
- Playing chase with my brother Bobby
- Chewing on sticks and toys (especially if one of my friends or brother want it too)
- Snuggling with my foster family- furry or not
- Sunning myself on the deck
- Dinnertime
- Watching TV with the humans
- Chew toys, chew toys, chew toys!

I dislike:
- Being by myself- LOVE people and other dogs
- Being on the bottom of the wrestling pile (rarely happens- I got the moves!)
- Losing my toy or stick to my brother, Bobby (again, rarely happens)

In closing if you are looking for a confident, bold, brave boy with a HUGE heart that loves to snuggle I am your guy!

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Post Adoption: Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. We highly recommend Pet Insurance. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.

If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess without knowing a pet’s full history.
