Meet Muffy! Muffy is a cute 12-year old female who was picked up as a stray and left unclaimed at a shelter. She is very sweet and loves to play with other dogs.
Muffy has a tricolor short smooth coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with a white mask, a slender muzzle, and large erect ears. She will surely melt your heart when she looks up at you through cloudy eyes. Muffy is house, crate, and puppy pad trained. She is a little shy at first, but is full of kisses and cuddles once she warms up.
Muffy does great on walks, she likes to stay by your side. She does like to keep an eye on the house, so will bark to alert you of things she hears and sees outside. This important to keep in mind for an apartment setting.
Though the chronological age on her kennel card qualifies her for a 'senior citizen discount', this little lady is full of energy :)
Muffy weighs 15 lbs and has already been spayed.

*Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care. Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
