Hello! My name is Celsius, but my foster family has been calling me Tutty. 

I’m a pretty adventurous dude - I love going out and exploring! I’ve been doing much better on walks now that I have a gentle leader. I don’t pull anymore and I take my time to sniff around and enjoy the sights. Car rides are my absolute favorite! If you’re going somewhere, I wanna go, too! I settle down in the back seat and look out the window. Sometimes I am so relaxed I lay down and doze off. 

At home, I like to play fetch with my favorite squeaky tennis ball and stuffed toys. I am a bit of a shredder, stuffed toys beware! Bones and kongs are pretty great too!

I get along well with other dogs and am a perfect gentleman when meeting new friends, four-legged and two-legged alike! I don’t always like to share my toys, but I’ve never been mean about it. I just sneakily stockpile them for myself! I’m slowly learning that I can’t hoard all the toys for myself. I do not like cats and don’t want to share my forever home with one.

I’m a watchful guardian of the house, and will alert you when I hear something suspicious, like a car horn or a knock at the door. I bark at strange noises to keep my family safe! Aside from strange noises, I am a pretty quiet guy. I won’t bark at other dogs out in the yard, but I will whine a little bit at night when I’m put in my kennel for bedtime. I calm down and fall asleep quickly, though!

I am pretty good at basic obedience commands, but “stay” is hard for me when there is a yummy treat involved or I want to see what everyone else is up to. My foster family says I am learning quickly and doing better every day!

I am a shadow/velcro dog who loves being by your side. I like to be close to my people, and I love to cuddle. I am a big boy with a big heart, looking for a family who will give me lots of affection, go on adventures, and spoil me with treats! If this sounds like you, I would love to meet you!
