Winston was found as a stray and we are absolutely shocked that nobody had come forward to claim him yet.

Winston is one HAPPY GUY! His effervescent personality and playful antics are sure to charm your socks off! Make no mistake, he loves people and is great with other dogs and cats!

Winston likes to play with plush, squeaky toys. He is an exuberant, youngster complete with the rough and tumble play gene. Yet he is gentle enough to allow you take his toy right out of his mouth.

He loves to roll on his back hoping to get a good belly rub from you. When Winston sees you- he gets so excited that he literally races across the room and stands up to try and hug you around your waist!

(Physically, Winston would sort of remind you of that bulldog on the Tom and Jerry cartoons- remember him? )

All smiles from ear to ear- this is one handsome dude. And he has a smattering of black polka dots on the back side of each ear.

Winston is truly at his best when he can be with his people. His entire world lights up when he is by your side.

He needs a family who can give him the time, attention and exercise he requires. Because of his solid, muscular physique, we will not place Winston in a home with small children- simply because he could knock them down- albeit unintentional. He would do great with bigger, well behaved kids who are respectful of animals.
