Description:
Trent is a beautiful Spaniel who was found as a stray. He loves hanging out with the other dogs, and running around with them. At night he sleeps on the couch, but will happily sleep beside you in bed if given the chance. Everyone that sees him comments on what a pretty boy he is. Well, if he isn't all wet from swimming in the pond! He loves to swim. Trent loves his crate and will crawl into it on his own. If a car window is down or the door is open, he will jump in and lay down, waiting to go for a ride. He is quite the go-along buddy! He walks well on the leash as if he is a show dog strutting his stuff. He is a head-turner! He has not been around cats that we know, so we are not sure how he would do with them. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care. Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS.
