Description:

Poor Azalea is getting passed up time and time again for a forever family! No fault of her own she has been in rescue since she was 2 months old! Azalea wants to grow up in a forever home and though her foster parents are nice she needs to find her own home. She is a very, very sweet girl who loves other animals big and small. She is a little shy at first but who would not be? Meeting your forever family is a big thing! She is super on a leash and is crate trained. She comes when called and knows various commands. Meet Azalea! She is a wonderful girl that has had a rough start in life and needs someone to love her and show her what it is like to have a family. She is GREAT with other dogs and will play and play. She is very good natured and also is very good with cats. She is very treat motivated and is learning commands. She will require a home with a fenced in yard where she can be let out frequently to go potty and play. She is crate trained and will hold it in her crate. She really is an amazing puppy that just needs someone to be there for her and teach her that the world is not a scary place. She is amazing with her foster family and fur family.

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.
