Meet Our Veterinarian
Dr. Zachary Adams, DVM, MBA
Community Veterinary at MARS Veterinary Services
Dr. Zachary Adams grew up on a small hobby farm in rural Eastern Iowa, where his lifelong passion for animals began. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2017 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2021 from Iowa State University, along with an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Drake University.

Dr. Adams joined MARS Veterinary Services in May 2025 as our Community Veterinarian. His clinical interests include surgery, preventive medicine, and caring for pets of all kinds — including exotics and pocket pets. He is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care to every patient and supporting the families who love them.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Adams enjoys hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with his partner and their three dogs: Barkly, Kylo, and Wendigo.
