Amy leads MARS as Executive Director, guiding the organization’s vision, growth, and day-to-day operations. She works closely with the team and community to ensure every decision supports thoughtful placements, quality care, and long-term impact for the animals we serve.

Director of Operations & Medical Manager
Amanda Allen, CVT
Amanda leads operations and medical oversight at MARS, ensuring animals receive consistent, high-quality care from intake through adoption. She manages daily operations, supports the team, and helps maintain the standards that define our rescue.

Marketing Director
Camille Bates
Camille leads marketing and storytelling at MARS, shaping how the community connects with our mission. From campaigns and events to day-to-day communications, she focuses on building trust, increasing visibility, and helping more animals find their way home.

Placement Team Lead
Liz Broach-Iddings
Liz leads the placement team at MARS, guiding applications and working closely with adopters and foster homes. She focuses on thoughtful matches that set both people and pets up for long-term success.

Database Management
LeAnn Lindusky
LeAnn manages the placement database at MARS, supporting the team with accurate records and streamlined processes. Her work ensures applications, animal profiles, and placements stay organized and on track.

Administrative Assistant
Julie Peterson
Julie supports MARS as Administrative Assistant, helping with donor records, adoption processing, and day-to-day operations. She also welcomes visitors and helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone who connects with our organization.

Bookkeeper
Isabella Bates
Isabella oversees bookkeeping at MARS, maintaining financial records and supporting administrative tasks across the organization. She helps ensure accuracy, organization, and smooth daily operations.

Community Relations & Events Coordinator
Joe Cocozzello
Joe leads community relations and events at MARS, connecting the organization with the community through partnerships and outreach. He helps increase visibility and support for the animals in our care.

Obedience Trainer
Bennett Blalock-Doane
Bennett leads obedience training at MARS, working with dogs and their people to build understanding and trust. He helps set families up for success and keeps dogs in the homes where they belong.

CSR & Vet Assistant
Robin Leding
Robin supports MARS as a Customer Service Representative and Veterinary Assistant, working with clients and animals during clinic days and intake. She helps ensure a steady, supportive experience across each interaction.

Medical Data Entry
Duachy Thao
Duachy supports intake and medical data entry at MARS, connecting the details behind each animal’s arrival. She helps ensure records are accurate, complete, and ready to support the care each animal receives.

Intake Vet Assistant
Kate Soller
Kate supports MARS as a Veterinary Assistant on intake and transport nights, helping ensure incoming animals are safely received and medically supported. She plays a key role in the transition from arrival to care.
